Everything POP Dinner - Disney's Pop Century Resort

Last night, my daughters and I had dinner at Everything POP Shopping & Dining at Disney's Pop Century Resort.

Everything POP is one of our favorite quick service restaurants for breakfast at Disney, because they make amazing gluten free waffles, but this was our first time dining there for dinner.

Everything POP does have allergy-friendly menus, but because of recent menu changes, I was not able to view their gluten/wheat allergy-friendly lunch/dinner menu, because it is still in the process of being printed.  Chef Gary discussed gluten free options with me, which included several sandwiches and burgers, rotisserie chicken, chicken tenders, meatloaf, pizza, and I think he mentioned the ribs were safe as well.  I will stop back within the next week or two to take pictures of their new menus.

I ended up choosing the pot roast with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli.  The generous portion of pot roast I received was tender and seasoned well.  The garlic mashed red bliss potatoes were nice and creamy, and I enjoyed eating each bite of pot roast with potatoes on top.  I love broccoli, but the broccoli at Everything POP had no seasoning, and it definitely could have used some butter or oil to give it some flavor.

My gluten-eating daughters enjoyed a meatball sandwich with house-made chips, and the chicken parmesan with pasta with alfredo sauce.

After we ate our dinners, we checked out gluten free options for dessert.  Everything POP has OMG...It's Gluten Free fudge brownies and chocolate chip cookies, Surf Sweets organic fruity bears, Rocky Mountain caramel popcorn, and Mickey ice cream bars.

We split an OMG...It's Gluten Free Fudge Brownie, our favorite packaged treat at Disney World.  I wish I had cut it and taken a picture of how fudgy it is inside.  These brownies are available at most quick service and table service restaurants at Disney, but I make sure to avoid the sugar free version, which contains maltitol.

You can read more about Everything POP Shopping & Dining, and view their hours and menus on Disney's website here.

What are your favorite gluten free dishes at Everything POP?
