Sunshine Seasons - Epcot

This post was last updated August 19, 2018

Sunshine Seasons in The Land Pavilion at Epcot is a great quick service option, because The Grill station is 100% gluten free.

We stopped at Sunshine Seasons in July to check out their latest offerings, but did not dine there, because my family prefers to eat at table service restaurants. A big thank you to Katie Moseman from Recipe for Perfection for sharing Sunshine Seasons' allergy-friendly menu.

Gluten-friendly options include:
  • Grill Station - pork chop with mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, barbecue sauce, and gluten-friendly cornbread; oak-grilled salmon with cheese grits and andouille corn succotash; rotisserie chicken with yellow rice and black beans
  • Salad Station - power salad with or without chicken
  • Wok Station - jasmine rice
  • Dessert Station - fruit and coconut milk anglaise, creme brulee, coconut macaroons

Gluten free options for kids ages 9 and under include a chicken leg with roasted potatoes, and salmon with green beans from The Grill station. This picture is from a few years ago, but the gluten-friendly options for kids are still the same. You can see a more up to date picture of the kids menu on my friend Sarah's website Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free at WDW.

The coconut macaroons at Sunshine Seasons are huge and impressive looking, but I have not tried them, because I do not like coconut. I am more of a macaron kind of girl.

We have always been a fan of the gluten free options at The Grill station at Sunshine Seasons. Their pork chops and salmon are consistently good.

When my daughters were younger, they loved the chicken leg with mashed potatoes.  We have always found the cast members at the Grill Station quit willing to switch the side dishes that come with each entree.

Sunshine Seasons also has a nice selection of allergy-friendly treats, like OMG...It's Gluten Free brownies and chocolate chip cookies, Rocky Mountain Caramel Popcorn, Surf Sweets Organic Fruity Bears, and Enjoy Life and KIND products.

Sunshine Seasons also has gluten free options for breakfast, like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, and a fruit cup.

You can read more about Sunshine Seasons, and view their menus and hours on Disney's website.

What are your favorite gluten free options at Sunshine Seasons?
