Electric Umbrella Allergy-Friendly Menu - Epcot

Earlier today, I stopped at the Electric Umbrella, a quick service restaurant in Future World at Epcot.

Their new allergy-friendly menu lists options for people with gluten/wheat, milk, egg, soy, fish/shellfish, and peanut/tree nut allergies.

Gluten free entrees are served with french fries or a fruit cup, and include the 1/3 lb Angus bacon cheeseburger, allergy-friendly chicken tenders, and the Energy Salad served with seasonal fruit and chicken. Gluten/wheat allergy-friendly kids' options include a cheeseburger, chicken tenders, and macaroni & cheese.  These meals are served with a choice of small lowfat milk or small Dasani water, and grapes and carrots, but french fries may be substituted upon request.  For dessert, the Electric Umbrella has allergy-friendly cookies and brownies, which are probably OMG...It's Gluten Free fudge brownies and Enjoy Life chocolate chip cookies.

I did not eat at the Electric Umbrella today, but I have dined there several times since my celiac diagnosis.  If it is not too hot or too cold, I suggest sitting in the shaded seating area outside.

You can read more about the Electric Umbrella, and view their hours and menu on Disney's website here.

What are your favorite gluten free options at the Electric Umbrella?

  1. Mac and Cheese is Amy's brand so it is soy free too. Some one needs to proof these new menus more closely.
