I have never actually eaten a meal at Flo's V8 Cafe, but I love to order their milkshakes.
Flo's allergy-friendly menu lists vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry milkshakes as gluten-friendly options, but you can request a Neapolitan milkshake, which includes all three flavors. When you order, be sure to specify gluten free, or you will receive a milkshake with road gravel, a gluten-filled cookie topping. Gluten free desserts are not as plentiful at Disneyland Resort as they are at Disney World, so I love that I can get this amazing milkshake at a quick service restaurant any time I am in the mood for it.
