Tangaroa Terrace & White Water Snacks - Disneyland Resort

After we had breakfast at Steakhouse 55, we stopped at Tangaroa Terrace, a quick service restaurant at the Disneyland Hotel.

I looked at their allergy-friendly menus for breakfast and lunch.  If they have a separate dinner menu, it should be the same as the lunch menu, because they serve the same food for lunch and dinner.

We have talked about staying at the Disneyland Hotel the next time we go to Disneyland, because we love the location, and I have heard from several of my blog readers that the gluten free Mickey waffles at Tangaroa Terrace are great.

Disney's allergy-friendly menus list gluten free, milk free, egg free, soy free, peanut free, tree nut free, and fish/shellfish free options.

For lunch, kid's options are listed on a separate menu, which you can view below.

Sadly, no restaurant at Disneyland offers the gluten free chicken tenders that are available at Disney World.

If you are in the mood for Dole Whip, stop at The Coffee House at Disneyland Hotel.  They offer Dole Whip Soft Serve, a Dole Whip float, and Dole Whip with a splash of rum.

White Water Snacks is the quick service restaurant at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

They do not have an allergy-friendly breakfast menu, but the cast member I spoke to told me that gluten free Mickey waffles are available.

White Water Snacks had freeze-dried Fuji apple crisps, one of our favorite healthy snacks at Disneyland.  They are labeled gluten free and peanut free.

At the hotel's gift shop, I found some gluten free Snacks with Character, which you can read about here.

What are your favorite gluten free options at Tangaroa Terrace and White Water Snacks?
