Cinderella's Royal Table Allergy-Friendly Menus - Magic Kingdom

This past weekend, I stopped at Cinderella's Castle in the Magic Kingdom to check out their allergy-friendly menus, which list options for people with gluten/wheat, milk, egg, soy, fish/shellfish, and peanut/tree nut allergies.

Dining at Cinderella's Royal Table should be on everyone's Disney bucket list.  Since moving to Orlando, we have had dinner there twice, and both times enjoyed the food and the experience of dining in Cinderella's Castle.

After viewing the breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, I made dinner reservations for my twins' 11th birthday next April.

Gluten free options on the breakfast menu include the following entrees:

  • Traditional breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and potatoes
  • Beef tenderloin and egg - potatoes and cheese frittata with broccolini and blood orange gastrique
  • Poached lobster and shrimp - Tillamook cheese grits, poached egg, crispy Andouille, spicy tomato-basil marmalade

On the kids' menu, the cheese frittata with yogurt parfait is listed as gluten free.  The Royal Children's Breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, and Mickey waffles is not marked as safe for gluten/wheat allergies, but I was told that you can request gluten free Mickey waffles.

On the lunch menu, gluten free entrees royale include:

  • Slow-roasted pork tenderloin with fingerling potato confit, forest roasted mushrooms, Minus 8 crispy watercress, and pork demi
  • Chef's fish of the day
  • Beef tenderloin salad - grilled beef, avocado, cipollini onions, haricots verts, roasted red peppers, and blue cheese crumbles with baby greens and romaine laced with an herb-vinaigrette

For lunch and dinner, gluten free dessert options include the Signature Dessert (flourless chocolate cake with caramel hazelnut, meringue, and berry compote) and lemon sorbet garnished with blueberries (a no sugar added dessert).

On the lunch menu, gluten free options for guests ages 9 and under include:

  • Appetizers - bite-sized cheddar cheese and grapes, garden salad with fat-free ranch dressing
  • Mickey Check Meals - turkey pot pie, roasted chicken leg with brown rice pilaf and broccolini
  • Entrees - beef tenderloin with mashed potatoes and sweet corn
  • Desserts - sliced apples, yogurt parfait, seasonal sorbet

Gluten free options on the dinner menu include:

  • Appetizers - pan-seared scallops with cabernet risotto, port wine reduction, and basil oil; pork belly confit with squash puree and pickled pearl onions; castle salad with mixed greens, apples, cucumbers, and candied walnuts topped with shaved Romano with a hint of herb vinaigrette
  • Entrees Royale - slow-roasted pork tenderloin with fingerling potato confit, forest roasted mushrooms, Minus 9 crispy watercress, and pork demi; chef's fish of the day
  • Finales - Signature Dessert (flourless chocolate cake with caramel hazelnut, meringue, and berry compote), lemon sorbet garnished with blueberries (a no sugar added dessert)
