Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

My family has always enjoyed frozen yogurt at Menchie's.  They have stores all over the United States.  You can view Menchie's store locator here.

Locally, we have visited Menchie's locations in Lake Nona and in Winter Park, where there are stores on Aloma Avenue and in Winter Park Village.

My new favorite flavors are the going bananas and the creamy peanut butter.

They were in the same machine at the Lake Nona location, so I was able to enjoy them swirled together.

Above each frozen yogurt machine, Menchie's clearly labels each flavor that is gluten free and/or dairy free.  They also mark flavors that contain milk or nuts.

Menchie's also displays the calorie count for each flavor.

You can view all of Menchie's frozen yogurt flavors here.  Not all flavors are available at all locations.

Their entire line of frozen yogurt is certified Kosher, and vegan options are available as well.

Gluten free options at the Lake Nona location I visited included the vanilla snow, pure chocolate, chocolate bar, Irish mint, purely tart, pom raz sorbet, island mango sorbet, key lime pie, dulce de leche, creamy peanut butter, and the going bananas.

Little sample cups are available so you can try different frozen yogurts before making your decision.

I tend to avoid the toppings bar at Menchie's because of cross contamination concerns.

Menchie's does say on their website that all of their flavors are manufactured in a facility that processes nuts, eggs, milk, soy, and wheat.

Another favorite frozen yogurt spot of ours is Red Mango, where all the frozen yogurt is certified gluten free.  The only store in Orlando is in Winter Garden Village, which is where Red Robin is located.  You can view Red Mango's store locator here.

What are your favorite flavors of Menchie's frozen yogurt?
