- Create-your-own salad with shrimp or chicken - choose from a variety of toppings to create your masterpiece
- Oven-roasted turkey sandwich - mashed potatoes, cranberry-mayonnaise, and watercress
- Sweet barbecue pork sandwich with house-made chips
- Tuna salad sandwich - vine-ripened tomato, Euro cucumber, and house-made chips
- Beef brisket sandwich - shredded brisket with muenster and house-made chips
- 1/3 lb Angus burger or vegetable burger - lettuce, tomato, choice of cheese, sauces, onions, mushrooms, chili, sauerkraut, and bacon
- Hot dog - overload your dog with a variety of toppings

Everything POP has a separate allergy-friendly menu that lists options for people with milk, egg, soy, fish/shellfish, and peanut/tree nut allergies.
August 29, 2015 Update - After this amazing menu was shared with me yesterday, my girls and I decided to go to Everything POP for dinner, only to find out they just changed their menu, and the new gluten/wheat allergy-friendly lunch/dinner menu was still at the printers.
