Christopher's Kitchen - Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Last weekend, we had lunch at Christopher's Kitchen in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Christopher's Kitchen is a great choice for health conscious diners, vegans and vegetarians, because their mission is to serve certified organic plant based cuisine.

Gluten free choices are marked with a "gf" on their lunch and dinner menus.

From their juice menu, I ordered the carrot punch with carrot, apple and ginger.  It was so good, I could drink a carrot punch every day, and I was tempted to order a second one before we left.

For my entree, I chose the Indian Curry Grain Bowl with coconut curry, seasonal vegetables, apple, chickpeas, spices, herbs, and quinoa.  It was a little bit sweet and a little bit spicy, and did not taste like coconut, because it contains coconut milk, not shredded coconut.  I especially liked the big pieces of sweet potato in the dish.  My Indian Curry Bowl was so delicious, I would definitely order it again.

All of the desserts at Christopher's Kitchen are organic, dairy free, soy free, and gluten free.  We walked down to CK ToGo and Juice Market after lunch, which is just a few doors down from Christopher's Kitchen.  My daughters had peppermint patty's, and my husband ordered a coconut joy, which they enjoyed, but I decided to pass on dessert.

All four of us enjoyed our meals at Christopher's Kitchen, and we would definitely return the next time we are in the Palm Beach area.
