Spyglass Grill is a new quick service restaurant at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort featuring American food with a Caribbean twist.
Gluten-friendly options include the following dishes:
- Angus bacon cheeseburger served with plantain & yuca chips, french fries, or fresh fruit
- Chorizo burger with crispy pork, provolone, lettuce and tomato, served with plantain & yuca chips, french fries, or fresh fruit
- Smoked turkey breast sandwich with avocado, lettuce and tomato, served with plantain & yuca chips, french fries, or fresh fruit
- Chili-lime shrimp salad with avocado, black beans, pickled red onions, tomatoes, and crispy plantain chips with chipotle-lime vinaigrette or creamy cilantro ranch
- Chopped jerk chicken salad with romaine, kale, bell peppers, pickled red onions, and mango with chipotle-lime vinaigrette or cream cilantro-ranch
- Crispy yuca with pulled pork, black beans, cotija cheese, mojo, and lime
- Tropical fruit plate with guava yogurt
- Plantain and yuca chips with pico de gallo and mango chutney
- Desserts - allergy-friendly cookies and brownies
- Kids' Meals served with a choice of small low-fat milk or small Dasani water
- Cheeseburger served with french fries or fresh fruit
- Shrimp salad with avocado, black beans, tomatoes, and crispy plantain chips with chipotle-lime vinaigrette
- Chopped chicken salad over Romaine with bell peppers, mango, and fat-free ranch
