First off, I would like to thank my husband and daughters for being so incredibly supportive. Our house is almost entirely gluten free, with the exception of my husband's cereal and the occasional treat someone gifts my girls with, and they never complain. They patiently wait for meals to be served while I take pictures of our food. My husband is always willing to order gluten free meals at restaurants so I can try and review them. My daughter Kate can't wait to wash her hands after we eat at a restaurant so she can hug me, because she knows I don't like to be touched with hands that have been touching food with gluten.
Second, I would like to thank Linda Etherton (The Gluten-Free Homemaker), Jules Shepard (GF Jules), and my friend Sarah (Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free at WDW) for sharing my blog posts on their Facebook pages and Twitter. You all helped me reach my goal of 100,000 pageviews this year, which just happened last night. Eight of my ten most viewed blog posts were shared by these amazing bloggers. The other two were shared by Glutino and Chebe on their Facebook pages, so I would like to thank them as well.

If you are interested in sharing your gluten free food finds or asking questions about what is available in Orlando, please consider joining my Gluten Free in Orlando Facebook group. You can read more about it here.
If you would like to be a guest blogger, please private message me on my Facebook page or e-mail me at glutenfreeinorlando@gmail.com. I am looking for people that are willing to share reviews of their gluten free dining experiences in the Orlando area and the theme parks.
I have learned a lot about blogging in the past year. Some of it through trial and error, some of it from looking at other blogs, and some of it from Blogger U at the Gluten-Free Living Conference in Orlando. I am excited for year two, and I hope you are too!
I would like to close with a big thank you to everyone who has encouraged me along the way. I have received so many positive emails, Facebook messages, and comments on my Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and blog posts. Your support motivates me every single day to do what I do. Thank you!
