They no longer use Cup4Cup, and the new naan is vegan. It is definitely not as good. We were at Sanaa last week and the naan was ok, not like I remember it being last summer. I don't think they're using cup4cup flour anymore because it was a more crumbly consistency and tasted more and more bland as it cooled.
