Everything POP Gluten/Wheat Allergy-Friendly Lunch/Dinner Menu - Disney's Pop Century Resort

Earlier this summer, my daughters and I had breakfast at Everything POP Shopping & Dining, which is one of our favorite quick service restaurants at Disney World for gluten free waffles.  While there, I took pictures of their allergy-friendly breakfast menus, which you can view here.




Everything POP Gluten/Wheat Allergy-Friendly Lunch/Dinner Menu

Available at Lunch Only

• Create-your-own nachos - choice of Fritos or Tostitos and choose from a variety of toppings to create your masterpiece
• Roasted chicken - with rice pasta and marinara sauce
• Loaded baked potato - choose from a variety of toppings to create your masterpiece

Available at Lunch and Dinner

• Create-your-own salad with shrimp or chicken - choose from a variety of toppings to create your masterpiece 
• Oven-roasted turkey sandwich - mashed potatoes, cranberry-mayonnaise, and watercress
• Sweet barbecue pork sandwich with house-made chips
• Tuna salad sandwich - vine-ripened tomato, Euro cucumber, and house-made chips
• Beef brisket sandwich - shredded brisket with muenster and house-made chips
• 1/3 lb Angus burger or vegetable burger - lettuce, tomato, choice of cheese, sauces, onions, mushrooms, chili, sauerkraut, and bacon
• Hot dog - overload your dog with a variety of toppings
• Chicken grilled or fried - lettuce, tomato, choice of cheese, sauces, onions, mushrooms, chili, sauerkraut, and bacon 
• Salmon burger - house-made burger with cabbage slaw and curry-mayonnaise
• Chicken tenders with rice flour
• Sloppy Joe with Vermont cheddar and rice flour onion rings
• Cheese pizza - rice crust with Caesar salad
• Pepperoni pizza - rice crust with Caesar salad

Available after 4:30pm

• Chicken parmesan - chicken battered with rice flour, rice pasta, and marinara sauce
• Pork shank with garlic mashed potatoes
• Rotisserie chicken with roasted potatoes and vegetable of the day
• Roasted vegetables and tofu

Available after 4:30pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Only

• Meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable of the day
• Everything fried rice with tamari
• Pot roast with roasted vegetables and potatoes

Everything POP has a separate allergy-friendly menu that lists options for people with milk, egg, soy, fish/shellfish, and peanut/tree nut allergies.

August 29, 2015 Update - After this amazing menu was shared with me yesterday, my girls and I decided to go to Everything POP for dinner, only to find out they just changed their menu, and the new gluten/wheat allergy-friendly lunch/dinner menu was still at the printers.  I will stop back in a week or two to take some pictures of the new menu.  You can read my dinner review here.
